IMMI – Detling wedding fair
IMMI were showing our work at the Detling wedding fair this weekend.
So to make a statement we went all out to create something that would stand out from the rest. On top of that Kim wanted something that was recycled so IMMI is doing its bit for the planet.
The outcome of this is a stand where everything is made from cardboard. The whole stand was made to look like a front room, with a chaise lounge, chesterfield chair, TV, table and a clock. Everything was hand drawn to add to the effect.
IMMI would love to take credit for the ingenuity of this, but that would not be fair to the genius that is Ben wilson, an old friend who came up with idea and constructed everything you see below.
What do you think please leave us a comment.

Wedding photography Leeds castle Kent – Laura & Mark
IMMI had the honour of shooting the wedding photography of Laura and Mark at the beautiful setting of Leeds Castle in Kent.
Laura looked stunning in her handmade red dress with her bridesmaids in black. The girls made the most of the beautiful weather by shooting outside with all the trees in blossom you could not have found a more perfect setting.
The boys not be out done made the most of it with an 18 year old single malt whiskey for breakfast, they also made the finest knots for their cravats that i have ever seen.
Their ceremony was held in the gatehouse with the girls dancing down the aisle to the goo goo dolls. Laura’s dad even shook his stuff and for his age we all agreed, was very impressive. Drinks were served on the pristine lawns outside the castle in the evening sun as we took the happy couple off for a few photographs.
Dinner was served by two fantastic singing waiters. Grandma took quite a shine to the boys and nearly end up falling over the head table while trying to woo one of the lads. Priceless.. First dance was to Everlong by the Foo fighters followed by a dance for Laura and her dad at a more sedate pace.
IMMI left the guys mingling with guests as the music started to pick up pace in to Heavy Metal heaven. IMMI are planning an after-shoot with the happy couple, so look out for this as it promises to be a good one. Hope you like them, please leave a comment.

Kent Wedding Photographer – Claire & Darren
IMMI were very proud to be the wedding photographers at The Knowle in Higham Kent for Claire and Darren.
The Knowle is a fine Victorian Gothic Mansion set in 14 acres of orchards and old English gardens. Built in 1840 by the rector of Higham the perfect setting on a beautiful spring morning for the wedding.
Claire looked stunning in her Justin Alexander dress and was nearly outshone by her beautiful daughter and bridesmaid Hollie, who up until the big day was convinced the wedding was for her. Claire’s dad David was a proud man as he walked his daughter down the aisle to the awaiting Darren. The ceremony was full of laughter and cheer incapsulated in 2 lovely readings by both mums.
After drinks on the lawn and a few photographs we got down to the speeches, Claire’s early heckle to Darren didn’t put this man out of his stride and he had the place in stitches with a story about three weeks into them dating. Russell, Darren’s brother and bestman was not to be outshone and followed with some great stories of Darren’s childhood and SE Asia.
We left the happy couple dancing the night away.
Here are a few of our favourites,
Enjoy.
